Nancy and I made a list of all the things we wanted to do before she moved out. The list was full of all sorts of incredible things that everyone agrees sound fun...but no one will actually do with us.
On this list was climbing Mt. Washington in New Hampshire. But as time wore on, we realized we were short on time, money, and energy (Mt. Washington is high, windy, and dangerous).
So we compromised. We found the high point in Delaware, and went there. Now, lest you think that we chickened out, think again. According to SummitPost.com, a website dedicated to Hiking Climbing, and Mountaineering, "Ebright Azimuth is considered one of the more dangerous high points in the U.S. because it is located on a fairly busy intersection, although I doubt it classifies up there with Denali or Mt. Washington."
This intersection is indeed very dangerous. It's in a trailer park. And it's all of about 448 feet above sea level. We're lucky we made it to the top without stopping at a base camp first to acclimate.

Weird.

All around, some quality time spent with Nancy. She will be missed when she moves.
Next Adventure with N-Dog: Memorial Day in Duck Beach, North Carolina. Watch out.

That bridge looks like the one in Beetle Juice...I am glad you did not drive off and die. We might have had to dance to Calypso music for the rest of our lives.
