Strange

I went to the doctor today for my weekly allergy shots.

While walking the couple blocks there, I saw a man get out of a Maserati in a t-Shirt and jeans, and thought to myself, "I wonder that that man does, that he drives a Maserati, dresses in a t-shirt and jeans, and is free at 3 o'clock in the afternoon."

The man and I met at a corner a few blocks up the street. He asked my name, and we had a strange conversation about where each of us was headed in the hospital. As we got to the elevator, he asked for my number.

I told him I was married.

He asked if that mattered.

I told him to me it did.

He got in the elevator with me, and asked if there was anything he could do to convince me in 10 seconds while we rode the elevator to separate offices.

No.

On my walk out of the hospital, I walked past that Maserati, and there was a car seat in the back.

Sad. For so many reasons.

Naturally the Maserati part made me excited to read this story. I was hoping he handed you the keys, or was donating it to your school to buy paper. Also, who makes a kid right in the back of a car like that? So wrong.

SO sad. I can't imagine the problems in his life. Keep making a difference Ann. Love you!
