Yum.


Today's Goodness. Except I made ours with Barley, not brown-rice. It's my new favorite grain.

So, did yours turn out as gorgeous as this picture? I actually have peppers in the fridge to do stuffed peppers!

Hahahaha! I'd like to think yes, but mine were all green and kind of shriveled looking when it was all said and done. :)
