We went to visit Claire and Violet!

We went to see Claire and Violet about a month ago. We went in an attempt to be helpful, but I'm not sure how much help we were. Let's say we went to keep them company. :) We had a lot of fun, regardless of what we call it. 

 So tired! I don't know why, but I was SO tired at the beginning of the trip. I took three naps the first two days we were there. Claire cooked all our food, and probably thought, "I'm the one who just had a baby, aren't our roles supposed to be reversed?!"

Reading on the plane. This may be the last time I fly alone with her. SHE IS JUST SO BUSY AND OPINIONATED. We also almost missed our flight due to sequestration cuts making lines SO LONG. We sat in a middle seat between two men. One was totally annoyed that we sat by him. The other was totally helpful. Like, I almost cried he was so helpful. 

Crossing her hands, fast asleep after we got in the car to drive to Claires. No napping on the plane makes for a tired baby. 

 Lydia LOVES to pull things out of drawers. And off shelves. 

 Sweet Violet!

 We went to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts: Art in Bloom. Artists create arrangements that look like the art. It was so fun! Hundreds of pieces!

 Lydia LOVED the dogs. 

 Claire has a great tot park by her house! We went at least once a day, sometimes twice. Except the days it was snowing....

 Toys at church. In the hall. They are prepared for children not to last very long in Sacrament meeting. 

 Just taking a few more things off shelves.

 She LOVED climbing up and down the stairs. They are very loud, and that makes them extra fun!

 Meetin the Gorillas at the Zoo! They have a really great zoo in St. Paul that we went to one snowy day.

 Lydia was totally jealous of Violet! TOTALLY. Had to have her own bottle and pacifier. She also needed to be held anytime I was holding Violet.
