Bless Brent's heart, after a rough week at school he showed up at my house last night with a NEW late night ice cream flavor. A little Cherry Garcia and a good talk on Federal Hill improved the week exponentially. It's amazing what a little creamy goodness can do.

Apparently, I am having problems reading because, although you wrote "NEW late", I read "NEW lite" and just couldn't believe it. A week like that and you are eating ice cream that is LITE?! REALLY?!
Fortunately, I reread it and realized that your week was topped off with all of the unadulterated fatty goodness that it deserved. whew!
Would you get that flavor again? I don't think that I'm a big fan of cherry, but free...what can you do, but eat it up?!
Ice cream is a cure all, I am eating some right now as a matter of fact, mmmmm.
